Our shared mission is to inspire Leadership for a sustainable world.
We do this by searching worldwide for outstanding people, developing their Leadership potential through our innovative training programs and
working with them to mobilize others to make a real difference to the future of this planet.
LEAD-Nigeria, within LEAD-Anglophone West Africa, is a Member Program of LEAD International, a global non-profit organization with a fast growing network of over 2,000 leaders and professionals in over 80 countries, who are inspired and committed to achieving leadership and good governance for a sustainable world. LEAD-Nigeria is hosted by the Foundation for Environmental Development and Education in Nigeria, (FEDEN) situated at No. 8 Thorburn Avenue, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.
The LEAD Africa Fellowship Programme is a capacity development programme jointly initiated by LEAD International, LEAD Africa, and in partnership with the Shell Foundation. The program commits to contribute to enhancing the capacities of emerging, high-growth potential leaders, for the achievement of sustainable development in Africa.
